MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Paphos Group offers management services on the HP and ServiceNow platforms. Based on a pre-agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), we provide both support and maintenance which, for instance, allows your software to always remain up to date. We offer these management services on-site as well as remotely.
Each quarter Paphos group conducts a performance ‘M.O.T.’. Based on (big) data, we conduct analyses which allow us to make suggestions for improvement. We then realise these improvements in conjunction with the client. This is an ongoing process, enabling optimisation of services along with improved business performance.
